The Green Bag Lunch and Learn is a free lunch-time series on sustainability and related topics hosted by the Sustainable Business Program. These sessions are a great way to kick back and learn about current topics related to all aspects of small business efficiency. Presented by subject matter experts, the Green Bag Lunch is designed to be short, informative, and interactive. You will learn about sustainability while networking with other small business professionals.

This month's Green Bag, presented by Bruce Hughes, the newest member of the Sustainable Business Program team, will cover creating a sustainable business with The Business Model Generation Canvas. Business plans are often necessary, but once written, many sit unread in a drawer or file cabinet and do not contribute to sustaining your business. What if you had an analytical tool that could get the assumptions and key elements of your business up on a wall so you and your team could keep them visible - and change them when circumstances change?
