Next Texas-Asia Business Breakfast Forum to feature former U.N. Ambassador Sichan Siv

Former U.N. Ambassador Sichan Siv to speak at Jan. 18 business breakfastFormer U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Sichan Siv will be the speaker at the upcoming Texas-Asia Business Series Breakfast, 7:30 – 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012, at the Quarry Golf Club. Ambassador Siv will share his insights regarding the economic challenges and opportunities in Asia and the Pacific, and what these mean to American companies interested in expanding into this region.

“We are honored to have Mr. Siv as our guest speaker. His insights about the current business climate in Asia and its impact on American companies will be of tremendous value,” said Cliff Paredes, director, UTSA International Trade Center.

The Texas-Asia Business Series consists of monthly breakfast meetings held on the third Wednesday of every month and is organized by UTSA’s International Trade Center and the Alamo Asian American Chamber of Commerce.

The cost is $15 (members of the Alamo Asian American Chamber of Commerce and clients of the UTSA International Trade Center); $20 (non-members and clients). Register here.
