Thursday, July 10 – Harassment and Violence
Do you know what constitutes harassment today? Do you know what types of harassment are on the rise? Do you have a plan in place to prevent workplace harassment that can lead to violence? Can you or your employees identify the early signs of violent behavior? Do you have a security plan? Are your supervisors trained on how to implement the plan? This workshop is designed to assist the small business in developing an approach to eliminating harassment, minimize the potential for workplace violence and to learn the elements of security planning.
