Workshops and training
Most of our free or low-cost training workshops are held at UTSA's Downtown Campus, where we offer free parking with pre-registration. Below is a sample of our "Start-Up Business" series. Business Plan: Part One Designed for those planning to start a new business and for business owners who have never written a business plan. Learn why the business plan is an important tool in determining market feasibility, projecting costs, developing strategies and planning for contingencies.
Business Plan: Part Two Complete our start-up series by focusing on the financial portion of the business plan. This class takes place in our computer lab, where you'll get hands-on experience in creating spreadsheets.
