Mission: To assist small business contractors and technology entrepreneurs to access government contracts and grants; enable them to participate actively in defense transition and government procurement outsourcing opportunities; and facilitate both research and development as well as commercialization of new products and technologies that creates value for the client.

Mission: Provide technical, research, training, and information assistance to those engaged in economic and community development activities in the 47-county South Texas region.

Southwest Trade Adjustment Assistance Center

Mission: Assists U.S. manufacturing firms hurt by import competition to regain profitable growth. The Southwest TAAC helps its clients document their technical needs; then plan, implement and pay for the highest quality technical assistance available.

Who We Help: Manufacturing firms in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana where imports of directly competitive products have contributed significantly to a decline in their sales or production and a decline or impending decline in their employment levels.
