Developing a win-win relationship with your global distributor is critical to successfully expanding into new markets and growing your company's international sales. Managing Your Global Distributor covers all the important factors that you need to consider while selecting and working with an international sales and marketing partner.

Presented by Jacob Nammar and Robert Barnett, this seminar will guide you through the process of choosing the right distributor, creating a solid contract, complying with legal requirements and establishing the different methods of monitoring your agreement. This session will help you successfully manage a global distributor in a way that will lower risk, improve relationships and increase sales for your company.
